To achieve this vision, we have established the following content creation guidelines for KOLs to ensure a fair environment and enriching reading experience for all members. By publishing content on this platform, KOLs agree to abide by this policy. Biconomy Exchange reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed controversial at our discretion.
1. Encouraged Behavior
Biconomy Exchange Insights promotes the following principles:
1.Respect Community Members – Engage in positive and constructive discussions.
2.Ensure Content Accuracy – Before publishing, KOLs should research the accuracy and authenticity of their content, including events, data, and market trends, ensuring fair and objective reporting.
3.Maintain Clear and Logical Structure – Posts should be well-organized and relevant. Industry-related topics, in-depth analysis, and insightful discussions are encouraged, including:
•Public Chains, Layer2, DeFi, GameFi, Metaverse, NFTs, DAOs
•Macroeconomic data and crypto market trends
•Technical sharing, sector analysis, and major crypto news discussions
4.Freedom to Express Personal Opinions – Users can provide constructive feedback and suggestions to maintain a clean and civilized community.
2. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
• Off-topic, irrelevant, or fraudulent content
• Political or social commentary, personal grievances
• Explicit content related to sex or pornography
• Harassment, bullying, obscene or offensive language
• Content promoting or inciting violence
• Advertising or commercial promotions
• Disclosure of private or confidential information
• Content redirecting users to external websites, companies, or products
• Soliciting users to follow specific pages or providing personal contact details
• Sharing or requesting sensitive data (e.g., wallet addresses, smart contract details, etc.)
3. Special Cases
Marketing-Related Posts
•Marketing campaigns are permitted if they do not target specific countries or regions.
•Sponsored posts must be clearly disclosed.
•Users are prohibited from recruiting members to external platforms, paying for services, or promoting paid subscriptions.
Sharing Trading Experiences
•Users are encouraged to share their personal trading experiences honestly.
•Posts should not be used as advertisements for sponsored projects, products, or services.
Biconomy Exchange Position on Content
•Biconomy Exchange does not endorse or verify user-generated content.
•Content should not mislead users into believing the author represents or is officially affiliated with Biconomy Exchange.
•Misuse of Biconomy Exchange official logo or trademarks to imply affiliation is strictly prohibited.
4. Content Review Process
•All submitted content undergoes a review process to ensure compliance with these guidelines.
•Content will be assessed for quality, accuracy, and adherence to policy before approval.
•KOLs can check their content approval status through the Biconomy ExchangeApp - Notification Center.
5. Violations & Disciplinary Actions
Biconomy Exchange continuously monitors content to ensure compliance. In most cases, first-time violations will receive a warning. Repeated or severe violations may result in further action, including content removal or suspension of the creator’s privileges.
5.1 Major Violations (Severe)
•Content that violates laws, promotes extremism, terrorism, or illegal activities (including drugs, gambling, etc.).
•Spreading hate speech, racism, or religious/political discrimination.
•Misleading claims of affiliation with Biconomy Exchange.
•Using automation to manipulate engagement (e.g., bots, fake activity).
•Disseminating unverified false information or engaging in market manipulation.
•Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
Penalties:
1st Violation: 15-day restriction on posting & interaction
2nd Violation: 30-day restriction
3rd Violation: 60-day restriction
4th Violation: Permanent ban from posting
5.2 Moderate Violations
•Attempting to steal or solicit sensitive data (e.g., wallet keys, login credentials).
•Posting unauthorized copyrighted content.
•Engaging in harassment, insults, or personal attacks.
•Promoting paid services or recruiting users for external platforms.
Penalties:
1st Violation: Warning & limited reach (5-day observation period)
2nd Violation (within observation period): 15-day posting restriction
Repeated Violations: Additional penalties based on severity
5.3 Minor Violations
•Posting undisclosed marketing content or misleading product promotions.
•Spamming, excessive hashtag use, or posting irrelevant content.
•Misusing reporting functions to harm other users.
Penalties:
1st Violation: Warning
2nd Violation: Limited reach
3rd Violation: 3-day posting restriction
Repeated Violations: Additional penalties as deemed necessary
Multiple violations of different categories may result in further penalties, including account restrictions, content removal, or profile modifications.
6. Community Management and Enforcement
Biconomy Exchange reserves the right to:
•Remove violating content and restrict repeat offenders.
•Modify or reset profiles that violate policy.
•Pursue legal action if necessary.

7. User Agreement
By using this platform, you acknowledge that your data is subject to Biconomy Exchange Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, including how we collect, store, and share personal information.
8. General Platform Rules
Users must not:

2. Circumvent security measures to access restricted content.
